Iterative DPD performs DPD polynomial computation in multiple iterations. Each iteration involves a fresh acquisition of PA output signal and uses previous iteration’s DPD polynomial to compute current iteration’s polynomial. The NMSE result, which is an indicator of the predistortion modeling error, can be monitored determine if the modeling error reduces with each iteration.
Iterative DPD is not supported for lookup table based DPD.
