(Incomplete) Elliptic Integral F (Not in Base Package)

Computes the elliptic integral of the first kind. It computes the complete elliptic integral of the first kind if you do not wire a. Details

k is the modulus argument.
a is the amplitude of the function, which is the upper limit of the integral.
F(k, a) is the value of the elliptic integral of the first kind.

(Incomplete) Elliptic Integral F Details

The following equation defines the elliptic integral of the first kind.

where k is the modulus and a is the upper limit, or amplitude, of the integral.

The complete elliptic integral of the first kind is defined by the preceding equation when the amplitude is given by the following equation.

The function is defined according to the following intervals for the input values.

LabVIEW supports the entire domain of this function that produces real-valued results. For a real value of upper limit a, the function is defined for all real values of k in the unit interval.
