Cosine Tapered Window (Not in Base Package)

Applies a cosine tapered window to the input signal X. Details  

	X is the input signal.
	Cosine Tapered{X} is the input signal with the Cosine Tapered window applied.
	error returns any error or warning from the VI. You can wire error to the Error Cluster From Error Code VI to convert the error code or warning into an error cluster.
