Could be half as long
Unfortunately, the first 8 minutes are a LabVIEW advertisement. The second half of the webcast is excellent. That is where he finally starts talking about Connecting LabVIEW to OPC.

what about other OS ?
Does all this technology work on other OS. It is really contraddictory to talk about real-time when running on a non-real time OS such as Windows. So I wonder if there is a way to work with labview and PLC using a real real-time OS, such as Solaris or Linux SLERT or RedHat MRG .
