Syntax

PropertyObject.SetTypeFlags ( lookupString, options, Flags)

Purpose

Sets the type flags setting of the property the lookupString parameter specifies.

Remarks

Call this method only for PropertyObject objects that are type definitions. Use the PropertyObject.IsTypeDefinition property to determine whether the object is a type definition.

Note  You cannot clear the PropTypeFlags_IsModifiedType flag with this method because setting the type flags automatically sets the PropTypeFlags_IsModifiedType flag. Instead, use the PropertyObject.IsModifiedType property to set or clear the PropTypeFlags_IsModifiedType flag.

Parameters

lookupString As String

[In] Pass an empty string to denote the PropertyObject to which the method applies, or pass the name of a subproperty within the PropertyObject. You can also pass lookup strings to this parameter.

options As Long

[In] Pass 0 to specify the default behavior, or pass one or more PropertyOptions constants. Use the bitwise-OR operator to specify multiple options.

Flags As Long

[In] Specifies the new type flags for the property.
