Specifies the number of averages in each RIS bin.
Averaging is useful in RIS because the trigger times are not evenly spaced, so adjacent points in the reconstructed waveform cannot be accurately spaced. By averaging, the errors in both time and voltage are smoothed, minimizing the noise in the reconstructed waveform.
