When the output function is set to NIDCPOWER_VAL_DC_VOLTAGE using the niDCPower_ConfigureOutputFunction function or DC Voltage using the niDCPower Configure Output Function VI, the following ranges are used.

When the output function is set to NIDCPOWER_VAL_DC_CURRENT using the niDCPower_ConfigureOutputFunction function or DC Current using the niDCPower Configure Output Function VI, the following ranges are used.

Note Note  If a range other than what is listed in these tables is selected, the range is coerced to the range specified in the tables. For example, requesting the 100 mA current level range on Channel 1 on the NI PXIe-4112 coerces the current level range to 1 A. Refer to the Ranges topic for more information about coercion.
Note Note  To extend the current and voltage output capabilities of a particular device, you can enable overranging for the device using the niDCPower Overranging Enabled property or the NIDCPOWER_ATTR_OVERRANGING_ENABLED attribute.
