Use this dialog box to make extended settings for the DataFinder.

Settings

  Index location Specifies the folder where DIAdem saves the indexed data.
Choose a Folder Opens the dialog box where you specify the index location.
  Browse and connection timeout in seconds Specifies the maximum time allowed to connect the client to the server. If the specified time elapses, an error message appears.
  Query timeout [s] Specifies the maximum time a client waits for the results of a query. If the specified time elapses, an error message appears.
  Import Opens the dialog box where you load a DataFinder configuration (*.dfc).
  Export Opens the dialog box where you save the My DataFinder current configuration settings.
Note  If the drive where DIAdem saves the indexed data has less than 20 MB memory, DIAdem stops the indexing process and displays a warning.
Note  To open this dialog box in DIAdem NAVIGATOR, select Settings»My DataFinder»Configure»Extended.
