Use this dialog box to edit the unit sets in the units catalog.

Settings

Load Opens the dialog box where you load a units catalog.
Save As Opens the dialog box where you save the current configuration settings in a units catalog.
  Unit set Specifies the name of the unit set that is selected in the overview.
  Size Specifies the name of the physical quantity that is selected on the Quantities tab.
  Unit Specifies the name of the unit that is selected on the Units tab.
New Entry Opens the dialog box where you create a new unit set.
Copy Entry Creates a copy of the selected unit set. DIAdem gives the copy the original name and adds an underline and a number. The copy of the unit set contains the same physical quantities, units, and symbols as the original unit set.
Delete Entry Deletes the selected unit set.
Move Entry Up Moves the selected unit set one position up. The unit sets then appear in all the dialog boxes in the units catalog in the order you specify here.
Move Entry Down Moves the selected unit set one position down. The unit sets then appear in all the dialog boxes in the units catalog in the order you specify here.
  No. Specifies a serial number.
  Name Specifies the display name of the unit set. To enter a new name, double-click the cell.
  Enabled Specifies whether the unit set is enabled. DIAdem displays the enabled unit set as the default unit set, in all dialog boxes of the units catalog.
  Number of Quantities Specifies the number of physical quantities that the selected unit set contains.
  Description Describes the unit set. To enter a new description, double-click the cell.
Note  To select a unit set, click the appropriate row.
Note  To open this dialog box, select Settings» Units in any DIAdem panel and open the Unit Sets tab.
