Supported Sensors: High frequency current transformer (HFCT).

EMSA Spectrum viewers display the frequency spectrum measured by an HFCT. Move the cursor along a trend curve to update this viewer to display the measurement at different times.

Note  The EMSA Spectrum viewer displays only one spectrum for each sensor.

What do you want to do?

Task Action
Compare spectra from different times on the same machine. Click Show Baselines on the viewer toolbar. A baseline calculated based on previously acquired data appears in the viewer.
Compare measurements from different sources or times. Create a data event reference.

Use logarithmic scaling for the y-axis. Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. In the Set Scale dialog box, enable Logarithmic Y axis.
View multiple EMSA spectra from a particular sensor in a waterfall graph. Insert an EMSA Waterfall viewer into a new or existing workspace area.
Select the source sensor. If you have more than one feature selected in the asset tree, you can select the source sensor for the viewer by clicking Choose Assets on the viewer toolbar.
Disable auto-scaling to manually set the scale for the viewer. Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. Uncheck Auto-scale and set the maximum and minimum values you want the viewer to use.
