Supported Sensors: Vibration sensors that acquire waveform data, such as acceleration.
Spectrum viewers display the frequency domain representation of an acquisition measurement. Move the cursor along a trend curve to update this viewer with the spectrum measurement at different times.

Create a data event reference.

|Change the x-axis frequency units to Hz, CPM, or orders.||Click Unit and select the units you want.|
|Move the cursor to the nearest peak.||Click Find Peak on the viewer toolbar to move the cursor to the nearest peak.
|Scale data according to RMS, peak, or peak-to-peak values.||Expand the navigation menu and select Options. Click Units and Scaling under Data Viewer, and then configure the options under Spectrum Scaling so the data automatically scales.|
|Disable auto-scaling to manually set the scale for the viewer.||Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. Uncheck Auto-scale and set the maximum and minimum values you want the viewer to use.|
|Determine if a peak in the spectrum is synchronous with the running speed of the equipment.||Click Cursor on the viewer toolbar and select Harmonic.

|Override the nominal speed set for an asset to use a speed value based on the data in the Spectrum viewer instead.||Load data for an asset in the Spectrum viewer. Double-click a point in the viewer and use the <Left-arrow> and <Right-arrow> keys or Find Peak to find the point with the speed value you want the asset to use. Click Select Speed .
|Apply single or double integration or differentiation to data.||
Click Integration on the viewer toolbar and select an option from the resulting dialog box.

|Use logarithmic scaling for the y-axis.||Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. In the Set Scale dialog box, enable Logarithmic Y axis.|
|View multiple spectra in a waterfall graph.||Use the Waterfall viewer to display multiple spectra from a sensor. You can insert a Waterfall viewer into a new or existing workspace area.

|View the full spectrum data of a spectrum.||Use the Full Spectrum viewer that displays the full spectrum of an orbit. You can insert a Full-Spectrum viewer into a new or existing workspace area.

|See a table of trend values for features of selected assets.||Click Show Features on the viewer toolbar.|
|Select the source sensor.||If you have more than one feature selected in the asset tree, you can select the source sensor for the viewer by clicking Choose Assets on the viewer toolbar.|
