Supported Sensors: Vibration sensors that acquire waveform data, such as acceleration.
The TSA (Time Synchronous Averaging) Spectrum viewer displays the power spectrum of the TSA waveform data from a specific acquisition. Move the cursor along a trend curve to update this viewer with the spectrum measurement at different times.
|Set the number of averages NI InsightCM performs to create the waveform.||Click Settings on the viewer toolbar and select Viewer Settings. In the resulting dialog box, enter the number of averages you want NI InsightCM to perform.|
|Display fault frequencies.||Click the Settings menu and select Fault Frequencies. In the resulting dialog box, select the fault frequency you want to display.|
|Display each plot in a separate axis system.||To display each feature or spectral band plot in a separate, stacked axis system rather than overlaying all curves, click Stacked Charts .|
|Compare measurements from different sources or times.||
Create a data event reference.

|Move the cursor to the nearest peak.||Click Find Peak on the viewer toolbar to move the cursor to the nearest peak.
|Disable auto-scaling to manually set the scale for the viewer.||Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. Uncheck Auto-scale and set the maximum and minimum values you want the viewer to use.|
|Determine if a peak in the spectrum is synchronous with the running speed of the equipment.||Click Cursor on the viewer toolbar and select Harmonic.

|Use logarithmic scaling for the y-axis.||Click Set Scale on the viewer toolbar. In the Set Scale dialog box, enable Logarithmic Y axis.|
|Select the source sensor.||If you have more than one feature selected in the asset tree, you can select the source sensor for the viewer by clicking Choose Assets on the viewer toolbar.|
