NI InsightCM includes a technical support generation tool that you can use to generate a zipped folder containing server error logs, device configuration information, and server system status. NI Support can use this zipped file to help troubleshoot issues with NI InsightCM.
Complete the following steps to run the technical support generation tool:
|Note The following command uses the default installation directory for NI InsightCM. If you installed NI InsightCM in a different location, update the directory in the command to reference that location instead.|
