Traces the two-wire current-voltage characteristic curves.

You can use the IV Calculate Linear Sweep Array VI to obtain Sweep Voltage Array before using this VI.

Maximum Current specifies the maximum current, in amps, allowed during the sweep.
Minimum Current specifies the minimum current, in amps, allowed during the sweep.
Instrument Handle In specifies the session created by the IV Initialize VI.
Sweep Voltage Array specifies the voltage points, in volts,during the voltage sweep. An error occurs if you specify a voltage that is greater than 10V or less than -10V.
Current Limiting Resistor specifies the resistance of the current limiting resistor. You can only enter values that are the nth power of 10. Current Limiting Resistor must be between 10 and 1000000. Increasing Current Limiting Resistor allows for more accurate measurements, but it also reduces the maximum current you can measure. To get the most accurate results, use the highest resistance that does not saturate the measurement for the voltage range you specify.
Error In describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
Response Time (s) specifies the time, in seconds, that this instrument waits before it acquires the response signal. The default value is 0.05.
Instrument Handle Out returns a reference to the instrument.
2Wire Data returns the voltage points the instrument applies to the device under test (DUT) and the current it measures during a voltage sweep.
Voltage returns the voltage points the instrument generates during the voltage sweep.
Current returns the current points the instrument measures during the voltage sweep.
Error Out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
