Obtains the timing setting of the Oscilloscope.

Instrument Handle In specifies the session created by the Scope Initialize VI.
Error In describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
Instrument Handle Out returns a reference to the instrument.
Sample Rate returns the frequency by which the instrument acquires samples.
Acquisition Time (s) returns the total acquisition time in seconds.
Pretrigger Time (s) returns the amount of time, in seconds, to acquire data prior to the trigger.
Error Out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
Sampling mode returns the filter the Oscilloscope applies to the analog-to-digital (AD) conversion results.
Name Value Description
Decimate 0 The Oscilloscope records only the Nth AD conversion result, where N is predefined by the Oscilloscope.
Average 1 The Oscilloscope calculates each sample as the average of the AD conversion results.
Min/Max 2 For each two samples, the Oscilloscope calculates one as the minimum value of the conversion results and the other as the maximum value of the conversion results. In other words, the maximum value and the minimum value appear by turns.
