Owning Palette: Instruments VIs

Use the Oscilloscope VIs to configure and control the Oscilloscope instrument.
| Palette Object | Description |
|---|---|
| Scope Auto Setup | Automatically configures certain settings that are best suited to the input signal. |
| Scope Close | Removes the session and deallocates any resources acquired during the session. |
| Scope Initialize | Establishes communication with the device. Call this VI once per session. |
| Scope Read | Obtains the results of the measurement. |
| Scope Run | Transitions the acquisition from the Stopped state to the Running state. If the current state is Triggered, the acquisition is first transitioned to the Stopped state before transitioning to the Running state. |
